Business-school

Learn in an inspiring environment.

The first hotel Business-School in Quebec, this program welcomes young people living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or mild intellectual disabilities.

For eight months, they alternate between classes and practical experiences in our kitchens, our room service, and our events. It’s a unique opportunity to acquire skills, gain independence, and prepare for their professional future.

This project was developed in partnership with the École de formation professionnelle de Châteauguay and the Centre de formation générale aux adultes des Grandes-Seigneuries.

Work platform

Experience as a springboard.

Our work platforms offer young people with special needs the opportunity to try out different jobs, particularly in our large garden, in the kitchen, or in maintenance.

These practical internships promote learning, build self-confidence, and open the door to better integration into the job market.

This project is carried out in collaboration with key partners such as the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest and the Centre de services scolaire des Grandes-Seigneuries, which support young people throughout their journey.

Compagnom Foundation

Support and give back.

Created in partnership with the Manoir D’Youville Hotel, the Compagnom Foundation supports concrete projects promoting social inclusion, assistance to local organizations, and training in social economics.

Thanks to the Foundation, every stay at the Hotel contributes to a gesture of solidarity toward the community.

Our beers

As part of its social mission, the Compagnom Foundation has launched a collaborative beer project combining creativity, circular economy, and community engagement. Developed in collaboration with the University of Sherbrooke, these beers were designed to raise awareness and promote solidarity.

Each beer is associated with a cause that is close to our hearts. A portion of the profits generated by this project will go to support organizations working directly with the communities concerned. Through this initiative, the Foundation aims to promote inclusion, celebrate diversity, and contribute to a positive and sustainable social impact.

 

Beer Cabochon

Memory and local history

Cabochon pays tribute to collective memory and local history. Its name evokes cultural roots, passed-down knowledge, and the importance of preserving our heritage. This beer celebrates the identity of a region and the traces left by those who shaped it.

 

Beer Marguerite

Autism and intellectual disability

Marguerite is a beer inspired by simplicity, gentleness, and the richness of human differences. It symbolizes support for people with autism and intellectual disabilities, while promoting the importance of inclusion, recognition, and respect for each person’s life journey.

 

Beer Grillon

Mental health

Grillon is inspired by a place that once welcomed people living with mental health issues. It pays tribute to spaces of refuge, listening, and rebuilding. This beer reminds us of the importance of breaking taboos, promoting dialogue, and supporting psychological well-being.

Cultural diversity and communities

Origine celebrates the richness of cultural communities and diversity as a driver of innovation and social cohesion. This beer highlights the journeys, roots, and contributions of people from different cultures, emphasizing the importance of acceptance and inclusion.
