Cancellation and modification policy

Any cancellation or modification of a reservation must be communicated to the Manoir D’Youville Hotel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to avoid charges.

In the event of a cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show, Hotel Manoir D’Youville reserves the right to charge an amount equivalent to the first night of the reservation.

Early departure

In the event of departure prior to the date specified in the reservation, Hotel Manoir D’Youville reserves the right to apply an early departure fee, depending on the terms and conditions of the stay.
