Cancellation policy

For all cancellations or changes to reservations, customers must notify the Manoir d’Youville 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. In the event of a no-show, Manoir d’Youville will charge the equivalent of the first night’s stay.

Early departure

n the event that a customer wishes to leave before the date specified in the reservation, Manoir d’Youville reserves the right to charge an early departure fee.

All online reservations are secure and made through the Hotello service.
