The first hotel Business-School in Quebec, this program welcomes young people living with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or mild intellectual disabilities.
For eight months, they alternate between classes and practical experiences in our kitchens, our room service, and our events. It’s a unique opportunity to acquire skills, gain independence, and prepare for their professional future.
This project was developed in partnership with the \u00c9cole de formation professionnelle de Ch\u00e2teauguay and the Centre de formation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale aux adultes des Grandes-Seigneuries.<\/p>\n

At the heart of our work settings, young people with special needs gain hands-on experience in various environments, whether in the garden, the kitchen, or maintenance.<\/p>\n

Supported according to their needs, they develop their independence through real-world tasks tailored to their abilities and pace. By working as part of a real team, they interact with colleagues, integrate into a concrete social environment, and learn to interact in a real-world context. These experiences help them build confidence, learn new skills, better understand how a workplace functions, and become more independent in their daily lives.<\/p>\n

This project is carried out in collaboration with key partners, including the CISSS de la Mont\u00e9r\u00e9gie-Ouest, who support the young people on their journey.<\/p>\n

As part of its social mission, the Compagnom Foundation has launched a collaborative beer project combining creativity, circular economy, and community engagement. Developed in collaboration with the University of Sherbrooke, these beers were designed to raise awareness and promote solidarity.
Each beer is associated with a cause that is close to our hearts. A portion of the profits generated by this project will go to support organizations working directly with the communities concerned.
